He lead the litigation campaign in Farmers Branch against the illegal housing ordinance denying rental apartments to undocumented immigrants. He created Breakfast in the Classroom, a program that now feeds over 250,000 students daily. He led the fight against Cheese Heroin and Fentanyl, saving thousands of lives. He fought against Quality Sausage and their negligent treatment of workers, which resulted in over 260 Covid infections and 3 deaths. He stood with homeowners and residents during the tornados that ravaged North Dallas in 2019. He was with homeowners when the Atmos Gas Explosion left thousands without water, electricity or gas. He stood with hundreds of homeowners who sued the Trinity Infrastructure when their homes were destroyed by the toll road contruction project, filing suit, and settlling for 11 million dollars.
